FROM CRADLE-TO-CAREER: Helping Families Access & Use their CalKIDS Accounts
Join us on Thursday, September 24 from 12:00 - 1:30 pm PT for an in-person training at the County of Santa Clara Social Services Agency in San Jose, CA.
FROM CRADLE-TO-CAREER: Helping Families Access and Use Their CalKIDS Accounts, is a 1.5-hour in-person event hosted by AdvancED Consulting, LLC and offered for free thanks to the sponsorship of Sobrato Philanthropies.
Co-hosted by Excite Foundation and the County of Santa Clara Social Services Agency, this training will help individuals learn about the CalKIDS scholarship accounts and other early wealth building accounts from local, state and federal resources.
This training is ideal for social workers, benefits workers, educators, case managers, and anyone who works with children or teens on financial literacy, wealth building, or college access.
By understanding what CalKIDS is and how to talk to students and families about it, together we can help thousands of people access millions of dollars in financial resources that they can use to meet their college and career goals.
